3D Jewelry Design

Our jewelry design team transforms your ideas into reality, starting from simple sketches. During the development phase, we employ a range of techniques, including hand sketching, CAD drafting, 3D printing, and modeling. Your designs are presented as both 2D and 3D models, and you have the option to purchase a prototype to verify quality and detail before placing a bulk order.

Precision polishing through multiple stages creates a refined luster and a premium finish.
Following casting or forming, the jewelry undergoes a series of grinding, refining, and polishing steps. Using polishing materials of varying specifications, the metal surface is progressively improved—removing burrs, casting marks, and minor imperfections—to achieve a smooth, bright, and uniform finish. The combination of professional polishing equipment and cleaning processes lays a solid foundation for subsequent surface treatments and precision finishing.
Jewelry Casting
At this stage, a rubber mold—created from a silver master model—is used to form the wax patterns.
The rubber mold is mounted onto a commercial wax injection machine. To produce the wax patterns for casting, molten wax is pumped into the mold cavity under pressure.

We offer a wide range of surface finishes—including polishing, brushing, rhodium plating, gold plating, and rose gold plating—to create diverse effects in color, luster, and texture tailored to the design requirements of sterling silver and copper alloy jewelry.

Located in Meilong Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, this factory operates a comprehensive jewelry supply chain system. It comprises a professional jewelry manufacturing facility and an online wholesale department, employing a workforce of over 50 people. With a production area exceeding 1,000 square meters, the factory manufactures diverse styles—including Euro-American export designs, Japanese and Korean styles, vintage Thai silver, gold-plated pieces, and diamond-set jewelry—covering products such as necklaces, pendants, rings, bangles, bracelets, anklets, earrings, and accessories. Backed by professional technical expertise, the company offers rapid turnaround times: 1 day for design drafts, 10 days for sample production, and shipment within 15 days.
