2D & 3D Jewelry Design
Our professional 2D and 3D CAD design allows us to create a detailed headpiece model for our customers. There are different terms and conditions such as the order of the number, the number of the hand, and the length of the design required by the user, and the final arrangement. Wax Model & Casting
First, precision wax patterns are created based on CAD designs and assembled into a "wax tree" structure for batch casting. Through processes such as molding, dewaxing, 925 silver melting, and casting, the intricate details of the wax patterns are accurately replicated onto the silver jewelry blanks. This technique is ideal for producing sterling silver jewelry featuring three-dimensional forms, openwork structures, and complex details, enabling high-precision product shaping.
Polishing & Finishing
